On contract award, a dedicated Project Manager is allocated as a single point of contact for survey operations. The Project Manager remains the focal point for services throughout the field work phase and is responsible for liaising with the client on technical issues, and for the development of appropriate survey project specific procedures. The Project Manager has day to day responsibility for the fieldwork execution, and works closely with the field teams, from initial briefing through project execution, and delivery of the final report. All operations are supported by the company’s Quality, HSE, Engineering and Technical departments.
